With two luxury villas, Casa Sea breeze and Sea Breeze II are only 15 minutes drive from each other. Both offer ultimate privacy, surrounded by dramatic ocean views and Costa Rica's unique rainforest. Ideal for family gatherings and multi-family vacations, there is often a daily visit from the toucans, monkeys and pisotes as well as gardens full of exotic flowers and tropical fruit. We also have a concierge, caretaker and chef available for booking.
The villas are eco friendly with solar roof panels and you can bring your pet! The private grounds offer many beautiful waterfalls, creeks and maintained trails for you and your family to hike and explore around the properties. If you still want to venture out - you can find two of Costa Rica's most famous National Parks - Manual Antonio & Marina Ballena 15-30 minutes away, making Sea Breeze and Sea Breeze II an idea base for exploring the Southern Zone. Ziplines, waterfall tours, horseback riding, ATVs are all close by.

Food
There are many places to eat in Dominical, with ocean views and authentic South America fare. The laid back vibe of Dominical is relaxing and easy, only 15 mins. away.
Hike
Two of Costa Rica's most famous National Parks are close to Dominical and have thousands of kilometres to roam through. There are also Wildlife Refuges and Sanctuaries to explore where you can see over 300 rainforest species. Of course if you don't feel like going far, our private estate acreages have many options for hiking on the property.
Beach
Dominical offers world class surfing and some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The famous beaches are only 15 minutes from Casa Sea Breeze and Sea Breeze II so it's easy to get back quickly to enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool, soak in the ocean views and the mesmerizing sunsets right from your own villa.
Location
Dominical is approximately three hours drive south of San Jose International Airport. There are private shuttles from the airport or you can rent a 4x4 vehicle to drive out to the coast.
Casa Sea Breeze is only 15 minutes away from Dominical and 30 minutes from two of Costa Rica's most amazing National Parks - Manuel Antonio and Costa Ballena/Whale's Tail. Sea Breeze II is located halfway between the two National Parks, only 5 minutes off of Highway 34 on an excellent road and is part of Guapil Tropical Estates (a small gated community).
